Abstract

The first millenium, marking 1,000 years of Christ’s birth, was characterized by man’s repentant turn to his creator and his Lord on earth, as well as his variant commitment to Man’s Creation Manual (Bible first, and then the Qur’an). The second millenium, however, witnessed the People of the Book relapse ideologically and religiously due to their substitution of Allah’s Book (Manual to His creature-man) and their clinging to writings of human beings, namely rabbis, bishops, fiqh experts, scholars respectively (dead and alive). The reason for this relapse, among people of the Bible and the people of the Holy Qur’an, was referred to, by Allah, at the outset of Al-Isra Chapter :

*[ أَلَّا تَتَّخِذُوا مِنْ دُونِي  وَكِيلًا ]

 The followers of the Bible and the  Qur’an , as a result, were subjected to two similar super punishments, even in the span between the two punishments of the two peoples. This scientifically and historically proves even to atheists that, behind this careful planning and felt similarity, there is a great disposer.

After the second half of the second millenium, there was a Christian Reform movement in the West. The main reason for this was the Western Christian World’s emancipation from what they had inherited from their theologians (rabbis, bishops) and their declaration that the Holy Book (the Bible)- the Tora and the Gospel- was the only religions reference.

 Unfortunately, this return to the Bible failed to quench their thirst because the Bible was an old edition of the Book of God (al-Kitab), sent to certain people at a certain time. With the revelation of the new edition, the Holy Qur’an, the old one has become out of date and invalid.  The last edition of the Book      [ the Holy Qur’an] has been sent by a Merciful God for all peoples and for all times. Unable to see the difference, the West neglected the Creator’s Manual and started to see things with one eye, eye of materialism.

 They didn’t see themselves caliphs or agents for Allah on earth because they didn’t have a creation manual valid for all ages. This trend impacted the building of the materialistic science and the retreat of science dealing with human being’s psyche, away from the Creator’s manual. The result has been a defective luxurious life without a parallel human happiness.

       This research presents a vision through which we make use of materialistic science/technology to develop research and learning methods and tools in the Godly Creation Manual. This will help man first absorb materialistic sciences thus increasing advantages and reducing disadvantages.

 Second, it will allow the learning of God’s human knowledge revealed by Allah and meant to interact with and direct materialistic knowledge.

 The creator’s manual asks man to be modernist and to follow up all human developments in science to understand the Creator’s text and discover its details. Such details will lighten the path of materialistic science and achieve man’s stable happiness in this world, by the habitation of this planet for mankind’s benefit, and for his happiness in the Other World –his full reward. Allah’s offer for all mankinds is to get two rewards and two gains for those who wish:

 *[ مَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ ثَوَابَ الدُّنْيَا فَعِنْدَ اللَّهِ ثَوَابُ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ سَمِيعًا بَصِيرًا (134) ] النساء .

Those who accept this (offer) must meet two types of requirements to the satisfaction of Allah, the Examiner: One type of requirements has to do with earth matter- useful science through which man can achieve the qualification of competence and efficiency.

 Another type of requirements has to do with human beings ability to deal with each other according to the Almighty Creator’s system whose basis is belief in the Kitab through which qualifications of both strength and trust ship (efficiency and honesty) can be achieved:

*[ قَالَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا يَاأَبَتِ اسْتَأْجِرْهُ إِنَّ خَيْرَ مَنِ اسْتَأْجَرْتَ الْقَوِيُّ الْأَمِينُ (26) ] القصص .   

Introduction :

The first reference to design and programming, the two most important elements in engineering work, was in Prophet Moses’ answer when Pharoa asked him . As documented in the Qur’an :

*[ قَالَ فَمَنْ رَبُّكُمَا يَامُوسَى(49) قَالَ رَبُّنَا الَّذِي أَعْطَى كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلْقَهُ ثُم هَدَى (50) ] طه .

A careful reading of the text makes us realize that Allah’s saying :

*[ أَعْطَى كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلْقَهُ ثُمَّ هَدَى ]

 has two meanings :

 One is that Allah is the Only One who has designed everything and has given it its qualities and image that come in full harmony with the purpose for which Allah has created man.

 The other meaning can be recognized if we refer the pronoun in خلْقه to Allah, the designer, then this will mean that every creature of Allah bears the Almighty Allah’s label as we see in man made products

*[ هذا خَلْقُ الله ]

Everything Allah has created carries a label suggesting the Greatest Manufacturer. The label indicates the good design and accuracy of this manufacturing and perfection of this work :

*[ صُنْعَ اللَّهِ الَّذِي أَتْقَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ …(88)  ] النمل .

Therefore, Allah describes himself as the Creator, Designer, Shaper

[ الخالق الباريء المصور ]*

, for he has created and creates things in terms of raw materials and as they are without prior example. Allah is creator and innovator of the universe  :    

[ بديع السموت والأرض ]*

Allah is He who designs heavens and the earth to make them perform their tasks as they must and gives them shape or image which conforms with the task thereof.

Since things, in their divine design, perform their roles in the best way, and because Satan as a symbol of evil has not been given the power nor the ability to change Allah’s creation , he threatened to make man do that in an attempt to vandalize Allah’s making . Satan said :

*[ وَلَآمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ {119} ] النساء .

 Unfortunately, Satan has carried out his threat and succeeded in making man comply to him in many human, engineering and urban issues to make him fall in troubles, easy to get into but difficult to get out from.  Allah’s documentation of this Satanic threat in An-Nisa (women) chapter perhaps has its significance and subtle meaning :

*[ وَيَسْتَفْتُونَكَ فِي النِّسَاءِ قُلِ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِيهِنَّ…(127) ] النساء

Hence, God stated openly that he is the only reference in women affairs particularly.

Divine programming :

Allah’s saying :

[ ثم هدى ]*

 means that Allah has programmed the designed thing to perform its role easily and with the least cost and effort. This is the engineer’s job. He has also programmed other things that are interrelated with each other. They all carry out tasks that are fully integrated to make things do their roles easily. Allah has never designed a thing in isolation from other things. Therefore, He said:   

*[ ثم هدى ]

  He didn’t say :

(ثم هداه)

Have a look at body organs and system and see how they function. Consider their programming to do their roles automatically and in an easy fashion. Further, take a look at thousands or even millions of fish in the sea, and birds in the sky that move quickly and continuously without one fish or bird colliding with another. Have a look at those millions of overcrowded celestial bodies. They all seem in one galaxy as if they were one mass of hay or poured yogurt .

 These celestial bodies are overcrowded like sand grains on the shore. However, the possibility of collision of one of them with another is less than the possibility of two flies colliding while flying in the sky of Asia! In contrast, many planes have collided in the vast space and many ships have also collided head on in oceans and seas, let alone the numerous collisions of cars on roads. May the Glorious Allah be praised.

Creation Godly Manual

To begin with , we cannot count the examples of Allah’s creation characterized by precision and inimitability.  Every creature speaks of what one poet said : In Everything He has what suggests that there is only one creator.

 However, at the outset of the third millenium marking two thousand years since the birth of Christ peace be upon him, undoubtedly an outstanding event in human history, we ask with astonishment : How come intellectuals concede that the Glorious Creator has created all the universe alone.

 They also consider that He has all absolute knowledge, wisdom and ability.  Further, they admit the huge difference between Allah’s creatures, living and nonliving, on one hand, and man’s inventions, on the other hand. The computer for man is the most sophisticated and developed in comparison with human brain, a creation of Allah. There is a huge difference between the two.

Yes, we ask and wonder : How come they concede that there is a difference but they don’t ask earnestly for the manual from Allah, the creator and the maker. Whereas they do produce a manual for every machine they produce to show the how of its operation instructions, its purposes or function.

 They also give details in this manual to help machine users or operators use it properly and maintain it on regular basis . They strictly follow instruction operation and maintenance boasting the machine warranty for the longest period possible if maker’s instructions are adhered to .

 They are also careful concerning warnings in case of violating or measuring safety operation instructions, which render the warranty, void because the machine will not work or its faults will increase and this means it will not achieve its purpose.

We get more astonished when we learn that the Glorious Creator (who is the engineer, the designer, the maker and the executioner) has sent a manual for the human creature (created by Glorious Allah). He also has made of him a caliph and has given him a restricted agency to live on earth according to a plan prepared before hand by Allah. However, although human beings know this manual :

*[ وَإِنْ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ إِلَّا خَلَا فِيهَا نَذِيرٌ…(24) ] فاطر

they have deviated from it many times and have rarely referred to it, thus causing, throughout history, so many human catastrophes although Allah knows beforehand what would happen . Allah says :

*[ أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ(14) ] المُلك

Thus He has programmed human beings for the job assigned to them and hired them to perform it forcibly whether they are aware or not aware of it with the difference between the two performances in terms of the price man will pay in both cases. Allah has put down in him instincts, motivations and needs or desires which urge him to meet them. Thus pushing him to get involved in the cycle of daily life and to take his position on its arena so that human life can move in the end according to Allah’s plan for it .

        In this respect, no power on earth or in the universe can impede or stall arrival at the end God planned, or corrupt the divine plan (master plan) also referred to in the Holy Qura’n as :

*[ أُمّ الكتاب {4} ] الزخرف

Therefore, we find that construction on earth is advancing continuously in spite of wars and conflicts, destruction, problems and catastrophes here and there . It is true that some of them have become so inherent, chronic and cruxy just like machine or equipment defects whose safety and maintenance instructions are not followed strictly although they were highly recommended by the manufacturer. That is, the machine manual is put on the shelf. In His recommendation to man to refer and make use of this creation manual and to adhere to its content and commandments, Allah says counting the main items of a manual :

*[ قَالَ اهْبِطَا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ مِنِّي هُدًى ^(أ) فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ ^(ب) فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَى ^(ج) (123) وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنْكًا وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَى ^(د) (124) ] طه ^.

A.       *[ مِنِّي هُدًى ]

divine guidance or manual or book of instructions from the creator , the Maker.

B.       [  فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ ]*

 is an invitation or a call to all to read the instructions and to follow them before and after operations .

C.      [  فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَى ]*

 is a warranty or a guarantee from the Creator, Maker, concerning the quality of equipment performance without faults if the Maker’s instructions are followed carefully.

D.      *[ وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي .. ]

is a warning that the warranty may be cancelled if instructions are violated and if the manual is not read carefully and referred to, since faults will be inflicted on the machine or equipment especially if these accumulate and become chronic. The equipment performance will go down because of its many problems.

Why then, as we are at the footsteps of the third millenium, the problems of this planet have become a nightmare for human beings and a sign of severe consequences ? Why don’t we present the problems of the second millenium, still chasing us, to the (Human and Universe) manual to find out their causes, and their treatment in principle as we usually see in any manual which includes a section entitled “Trouble shooting guide.” For example,

1. The imbalance in urban engineering, distribution of wealth and energy, consumption .. , has resulted in the decrease of agricultural land, pollution of the environment, man-and-nature-made earthquakes, crimes, hatred, unemployment, poverty, inflation, family disintegration, increase in homeless people, deviators, teeming prisons which have become centers for criminals, mafias and deviators, let alone the rampant chronic diseases at the top of which is Aids: disease of grave sin such as adultery and homosexuality.

2. There is also a minority of people in every county on earth which is “suffering” from indigestion. In contrast, dire poverty is prevailing and the majority living on the leftovers of the few rich people...

3. This split or schizophrenia in personality, which all the nations of the world (rich and poor) are suffering from, has made the person forget himself. Also at moments of weakness the person contradicts himself due to the lack of a permanent and homogeneous[1] reference (Holy Book) that protects him from corruption and perpetration of indecent acts. Otherwise, why should a human being become a beast that kills wrongly and without the minimum justification[2].

“A wolf never eats another’s flesh but we eat each other’s flesh publicly” a verse in Arabic says. Don’t these dangers threaten all human achievements, which the 20^th century has witnessed? The world’s wealth is very big but we look at the effects of its bad distribution due to this split in our thinking .

 However, we do see imbalance and unfair distribution of hair between baldness and beard as Irish sarcastic dramatist Bernard Shaw said[3]. Who knows, perhaps this perceptible image of imbalance in the hair, between two neighboring parts on man’s head, is a divine message to human beings reminding them of distasteful imbalance. Most of people see things with their own eyes but fail to recall the item of balance, with their insight, in Man’s Creation Manual which Allah the Magnificent Maker summarized in His saying :

*[ أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا فِي الْمِيزَانِ (8) ] الرحمن

In another verse, Allah also says :

*[ فَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ وَمَنْ تَابَ مَعَكَ وَلَا تَطْغَوْا إِنَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ(112) وَلَا تَرْكَنُوا إِلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا فَتَمَسَّكُمُ النَّارُ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ ثُمَّ لَا تُنْصَرُونَ(113) ] هود .

Moreover, it is so difficult to repair or fix defective equipment if we depend on trial and error without referring to its own manual. Making active use of the equipment manual will necessarily mean fixing the failure quickly thus saving time, effort and money. Likewise, reforming an individual or a society would be very much problematic if we only depend on trial and error. On the other hand, it would be much easier if we depend on manual of creation.  Allah says :

*[ وَأَنَّ هَذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُمْ بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ (153) ] الأنعام .

 Allah has specified this straight path which needs to be followed and He fixed it as His Book :

] الأنعام *[ وَهَذَا كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَاتَّقُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ(155)

Allah’s creation and man’s making

It is totally strange that many of human beings’ inventions and industries, that had characterized the 20^th century, have been a human imitation, however imperfect, of some of Allah’s creatures and makings. For example, planes are a weak copy of birds; the submarines a costly copy of fish; the cameras a copy of eyes, calculators a copy of human brain; satellites a transformed simple copy of planets and moons.

  However, there is a huge difference between the copy and the original. Since man has supplied users of these industrial products with instructional and maintenance manuals, why hasn’t he thought of asking for Allah’s creation manual of (Human beings and the Universe) thus saving himself the effort, time, damages and their causes.

When the early Muslims abided by that manual and read it carefully and understood its statements, they found that its statements were really inimitable verses as the creator and maker has called them after being formulated divinely and accurately.

Therefore, those early Muslims, after understanding those verses including their instructions, have shortened the time and effort. In one generation the Prophet Mohammed’s call bore fruit. He and his followers had seen themselves the success of their experience and had picked up the fruit of what they had planted[4] as opposed to other calls for reformation which lasted decades and even centuries before paying off.

 Of these calls was Jesus Christ’s, which bore fruit only after three centuries of its inception. The modern European Reformation only bore fruit after three centuries of its beginning at the hands of Martin Luther and the Protestants in 1529[5].

For this difference in speed of fruit bearing, Michael Hart, an American thinker, put Mohammed Ben Abd Allah at the top of the first hundred in history although he didn’t believe in his prophethood. However, the calls for reformation in the Arab and Muslim countries have, until now evaded from the Godly creation manual. They have also failed to change the inside of people’s psyches. One result has emerged from all this: The nation (Ummah) is retreating while some individuals are advancing.

Excerpts from Allah’s creation Manual :

1.       The first fact of all, the manual states is that Allah (Almighty) is the creator and maker of the Universe and everything included in it. In this regard, Allah says :

*[ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَهَا وَأَلْقَى فِي الْأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَنْ تَمِيدَ بِكُمْ وَبَثَّ فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنْ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَنْبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ زَوْجٍ كَرِيمٍ(10) هَذَا خَلْقُ اللَّهِ فَأَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ دُونِهِ بَلْ الظَّالِمُونَ فِي ضَلَالٍ  مُبِينٍ (11) ] لقمان

2. Like human planners, in terms of classification of plans into tactic plans and long-term strategic plans, The Holy Qur’an (the last edition of Allah’s creation manual) indicates clearly that Allah is [رب السموات والأرض وما بينهما]  the master of all things and the greatest planner for the universe and every thing that goes in it. The Qur’an also emphasizes that Allah has full control of all matters. In Al-Baqara Chapter Allah says :

 *[ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لَا تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلَّا بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَلَا يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ (255) ] البقرة

3. In a clear reference to the incorrectness for the institution or group of people or a state to have more than one head (collective leadership), hence it is impossible that the universe has more than one (God and Lord), Allah says:

*[ لَوْ كَانَ فِيهِمَا آلِهَةٌ إِلَّا اللَّهُ لَفَسَدَتَا فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ (22) ] الأنبياء .

4. Allah’s knowledge stuns human mind and makes it unable to imagine it, hadn’t we had these human inventions which man has reached in the 20th century and the 2^nd half of it in particular mainly in communications and computers (discs). These technologies have brought our minds closer to realize some powers of Allah and how He is with you wherever you are :

*[ وَهُوَ مَعَكُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ {4} ] الحديد

Allah even knows when any leaf falls down

*[ وَعِنْدَهُ مَفَاتِحُ الْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا إِلَّا هُوَ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَمَا تَسْقُطُ مِنْ وَرَقَةٍ إِلَّا يَعْلَمُهَا وَلَا حَبَّةٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْأَرْضِ وَلَا رَطْبٍ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ (59) ] الأنعام

5.       In modern times, man has discovered by trial after 14^th centuries of the Holy Qura’an revelation, what early Muslims, after the companions’ generation, were unaware of. That was a cause for the domination of polluted foam over (pure water), which Allah has revealed from heaven to His honest messenger... They have discovered that humanities (just like science) are two types.

 One is theoretical facts, characterized by constancy. These are scientific, humanistic legislative laws.

 Another are practical applications that are renewable and are characterized by change according to changing situation. On this basis, specialists are classified as scientists (possessing theoretical knowledge) and engineers (having applied science). Scientists learn theoretical science (pure science) while the engineers learn how to apply this science and benefit from it in changing situations (applied science).  This applied science has been called “engineering”.

There is also the legislative authority which legalizes the constitution and theoretical laws characterized by constancy. No one can change or amend their texts save the legislative authority, which produced them .

 There is, in addition, the executive authority that issues administrative regulations and daily orders changing according to situation in which law is implemented and country’s affairs are run. There is, moreover, the politician who studies political science theoretically as opposed to a statesman who is a practitioner of politics and who takes into consideration changing situations and disposals available.

The Muslims, after the sahabis (companions of the Prophet) and tabi’een (contemporaries following in their footsteps) , have failed to know the difference between theory and application. They couldn’t realize the correlation between al-kitab and al-hikma (book and example) in the Holy Qur’an ten times in reference to theoretical legislation whose texts are fixed contrasted with implementations of those texts governed by time and place.

 Allah commanded His honest messenger to document all texts in writing and has reached us documented in the Holy Qur’an. Example as a whole is an application that is both renewable and changeable according to situation. Therefore, the noble prophet prohibited its writing and documentation. As things have become clear nowadays, intellectuals and theoreticians have discovered that the magnificent Qur’an has long preceded this (14 centuries ago).  The earlier Muslims had mixed up between theory and application and remained deadlocked on the prophetic and traditional application governed by age.

 These Muslims have also failed to stick to the hallowed Qur’anic text, the origin of the good fixed tree to whom they must have stuck to.  All this was and is still the first and most important reason for the stalemate of most Muslims, let alone their deadly backwardness and apathy. Until now we are suffering from this passivity or inflexibility.

  Other Muslims have turned away from Islam when they thought that it consisted of the thousands of books, belonging to people who are no longer alive, both themselves and the occasions and situations in which they wrote. However, the authors of those books had done their job for their own times and made their individual interpretation. They deserve to be rewarded by Allah for what they had done of deeds. The following verse applies to them and to all others :

*[ تِلْكَ أُمَّةٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَلَكُمْ مَا كَسَبْتُمْ وَلَا تُسْأَلُونَ عَمَّا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ (134) ] البقرة .

Allah: Great planner and schemer of universe

Therefore, it is no strange that such a creator and maker has  planned the universe and whatever goes on it on a long-term strategy and another on tactical bases.  If we get to know something of these two plannings (from the Human Creation Manual) Allah’s written Book, making effort to understand it in accordance with what goes on in the visible universe, we will be able to improve our human share of planning and implementation.

In spite of this logical sequence of this argument, upheld by events of the universe and what goes on in it and by Allah’s verses (items in the human and universe creation manual), we hear and see a lot in seminars, tackling events on earth and powers active on it, but we have not heard anyone who refers to the effect of “Lord of people” “master of  people” and “God of people”.  People even don’t attach any importance to Him. At best, for people he is only like Queen of England; she rules in theory but doesn’t govern.

The Christian world dominating the Globe and imposing its secular culture on it, has got this view of Magnificent Creator from the pagan Greeks whose philosophers said that there was a great power beyond the universe. However, this power has created but is now completely retired, leaving the matter in the universe for nature laws and systems. This theory has a lot of collapse and weakness which people’s practices in institutions and countries reveal.  All laws are not enough alone to run things or groups of people

Although the Christian West belongs to People of the Book (the Bible), at one time Human Creation Manual, this book is old edition revealed and targeted to specific people. Its validity expired after their revealer has produced a general permanent new edition (human creation manual) just like successive educational curricula.  Because of this, the People of the Book couldn’t find in it what might cure their burning desire and quench thirst for knowledge after deciding to start their reformation and consider the Bible the only source of revelation and religion.

  That was after the fall of Constantipole at the hands of Muslims in 1453, only after three generations. Regrettably, at the time, the Muslims had had no intellectual property to attract demand for it because they had long neglected Allah’s Book and instead of it have until now clung to human versions and narration’s of sayings attributed inaccurately to the Prophet personally and have even accepted the dead people’s custody on living people.

  It was the same thing the Europeans had fled from with Martin Luther and his protestants’ declaration of their three principles[6]. This declaration enabled them to begin a new age of materialistic (secular) scientific renaissance.

And because the Europeans had not known the Lordly Human Creation Manual valid for the age, they moved forward on one leg and saw things with one eye, eye of materialism.  They have failed to see themselves as deputies or agents of Allah on earth simply because they had no creation manual relevant to the age[7].

Therefore, their renaissance took three centuries to bear fruit and another two centuries until people started partly to enjoy this fruit which has become contaminated and polluted with plethora of problems and defections which seem to endanger the human system due to failure to refer to this manual.

Lailat al-Qadr (1420 Hijra)

concurrent with the end of 2^nd millennium

 and the inception of third millenium.

The last ten days of Ramadan, month of fasting, in 2000 concurrented with the close of the second millenium and the advent of the third millenium. In these ten days, Muslims celebrate lailat al-Qadr, the night in which Allah revealed the  Qu’ran upon the Prophet Mohammed.

 This concurrency was not a coincidence.  In this context, people’s expectations of drastic changes, taking place in the third millenium are supported by human understanding of some text, in Allah’s Noble Book – human and universe creation manual.  This Book is still effective.

*[ حم (1) وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ (2) إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةٍ مُبَارَكَةٍ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُنذِرِينَ (3) فِيهَا يُفْرَقُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ (4) أَمْرًا مِنْ عِنْدِنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا مُرْسِلِينَ (5) رَحْمَةً مِنْ رَبِّكَ إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ (6) رَبِّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُوقِنِينَ (7) ] الدخان  .

In the night of al-Qadr (great matter) Allah, every year, decides or rules on what will be carried out and applied of matters in the year next. In this very night, Allah approves of the annual plan for what He has commanded or permitted for implementation the next years and perhaps it refers to the next divine day which might be the third millenium. Allah says :

*[ يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ مِنْ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ (5) ] السجدة .

At the end of the Divine Day -one thousand years- and the outset of the next Day- the following millenium – based on what is reported to Allah moment by moment all around a thousand years by and by, Allah manages and decides on details of His strategic plan for the next thousand years.  He says of Himself :

*[ يَسْأَلُهُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ (29) ] الرحمن .

He is at all times listening and hearing what he is asked in the heavens and earth. Allah decides that everything has its time but He makes continuous changes according to the newest situation.

*[ لِكُلِّ أَجَلٍ كِتَابٌ (38) يَمْحُوا اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِنْدَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ (39) ] الرعد .

 This last verse, from Al-Ra’d Chapter, which has included the general law of change, refutes the traditional saying of destructive effect: “Pens have been lifted; papers ink, dried up”.

Allah’s Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him, would have never said this since he would not have violated the very text of the message revealed to him, for by it he has been honored and become a messenger.

2^nd millenium

The first millenium, marking Christ’s birth, was characterized by man’s repentance to his Creator and Lord of his work on earth, and his varying commitment to human’s creation manual ( the Bible, first, and then the Qur’an).  The setback of human beings, namely People of the Book, has occurred because they have chosen the lowly of human beings’ words produced by rabbis and monks, and by scholars and fiqh experts instead of Allah manual to human beings of whom Allah said :

*[ يَاأَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُمْ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَشِفَاءٌ لِمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ (57) قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَبِرَحْمَتِهِ فَبِذَلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ (58) ] يونس .

Then Allah has declared the global nature of this Manual Book and the effect of it on those who believe in it.  He also tied human being’s will with that of Him.

*[ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌ لِلْعَالَمِينَ (27) لِمَنْ شَاءَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَسْتَقِيمَ (28) وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ (29) ] التكوير.

The cause of the setback among the two nations (people of the Bible and people of  the Qur’an) has been one. Allah has summarized and mentioned this at the outset of Al-Isra chapter :

[   ألا تتخذوا من دوني وكيلا]*

  The two nations have received two big punishments of similar nature even in span of time between the two punishments, which practically proves even to those who have no religion that behind this tangible similarity there must have been a great disposer ] Allah ].

The first great punishment was inflicted on those who had been given the Tora but failed to apply it.  They were humiliated by Nebuchadnezar in B.C. 589. The second punishment of the Tora people, at the hands of Titus the Roman, took place 659 years later (in B.C. 70) .

 Likewise, the Muslims, to whom Allah gave the Holy Qur’an which they failed to apply received the first great punishment in 1258 A.D .  They were defeated at the hands of the Moguls who occupied and destroyed their capital Baghdad , thus bringing their caliphate and government to their end. The Moguls killed people, pillaged and burned libraries of Baghdad which had housed books that replaced the Holy Book of Allah.

A second time the Muslims received a big punishment in 1917 at the hands of the allied forces when they occupied Jerusalem and capital of their caliphate (Constantipole) and brought their caliphate to its end :

[ وليتبروا ما علوا تتبيرا ]*

The difference of time between the two great punishments again was 659. Praise Allah, the disposer of everything[8].

3rd Millenium

The second half of the second millenium witnessed tremendous material and scientific progress .  However, this advance was accompanied with a religious and ideological setback of human beings due to their failure to refer to human  creation manual. This has resulted in two things.

 The material and scientific progress has been in absence of human creation manual.  This has created incurable and chronic problems and difficulties to the extent that man is on the verge of losing control on life although he is partially empowered by Allah to run life on this planet.

 The series of events indicate that this century of the third millenium might be one of science and belief in true religion whose reference is human creation manual without polluted foam that has stuck on its stream throughout centuries.  This foam has been in the form of human beings’ sayings and opinions.  However, these sayings and interpretations, although particularly valid for their own times, have become out-of- date and no longer valid for other times[9]. Allah has sworn by time to draw attention to its importance and effect on determining the validity of word and work and to link that by committing our selves to the truth when theorizing and to show patience when it comes to application. In this regard, Allah says :

*[ وَالْعَصْرِ (1) إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَفِي خُسْرٍ(2) إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ (3) ] العصر .

The source and reference of this [ Right ] which people must advise each other of .. is the Book of Allah :

*[ ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ نَزَّلَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ وَإِنَّ الَّذِينَ اخْتَلَفُوا فِي الْكِتَابِ لَفِي شِقَاقٍ بَعِيدٍ(176) ] البقرة .

Allah has also asked all his messengers and believers to abide by it. On this, Allah says :

*[ وَلَكِنْ كُونُوا رَبَّانِيِّينَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تُعَلِّمُونَ الْكِتَابَ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَدْرُسُونَ (79) وَلَا يَأْمُرَكُمْ أَنْ تَتَّخِذُوا الْمَلَائِكَةَ وَالنَّبِيِّينَ أَرْبَابًا أَيَأْمُرُكُمْ بِالْكُفْرِ بَعْدَ إِذْ أَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ (80) ] آلعمران .

Qualifications of Holy Book Readers

Allah has decided on making illiteracy among the honest messenger and his companions one of the prerequisites for becoming eligible to receive and read the Book and link it with their simple life at the time. Their illiteracy sprang from the lack of a revealed book among them which they could have read. In this regard, Allah says :

*[ وَمَا ءَاتَيْنَاهُمْ مِنْ كُتُبٍ يَدْرُسُونَهَا وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْهِمْ قَبْلَكَ مِنْ نَذِيرٍ(44) ] سبأ

At the time, the Prophet’s companions’ minds were not contaminated by the foam of human opinions and desires recorded in the books of the People of the Book and others . Their justification for their rejection to the new revealed truth was the traditional weak argument of those rejecting reform and change since the time immemorial : “We had better imitate our dead forefathers.” they always said:

*[ بَلْ قَالُوا إِنَّا وَجَدْنَا ءَابَاءَنَا عَلَى أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَى ءَاثَارِهِمْ مُهْتَدُونَ(22) وَكَذَلِكَ مَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ فِي قَرْيَةٍ مِنْ نَذِيرٍ إِلَّا قَالَ مُتْرَفُوهَا إِنَّا وَجَدْنَا ءَابَاءَنَا عَلَى أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَى ءَاثَارِهِمْ مُقْتَدُونَ (23) قَالَ أَوَلَوْ جِئْتُكُمْ بِأَهْدَى مِمَّا وَجَدْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ ءَابَاءَكُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلْتُمْ بِهِ كَافِرُونَ (24) فَانْتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ(25) ] الزخرف .

The concept of pretext has been repeated 42 times in Allah’s Noble Book. In all of these cases Allah has discredited the dreams of those resisting reformation according to Allah’s Book as it is the human and universe creation manual, arguing that they would be happy with what they had inherited from their parents and ancestors.

These jahili (lacking knowledge) people in early Islam inherited from their parents traditions transmitted to them orally. And because nothing was recorded, their argument broke down in front of the inimitable Book revealed from heaven. These people did not need anything except to understand and link the verses of the Book with their own situations and occasions taking place at the time. Most of the verses would be revealed gradually according to real occasions on the spot. These verses deeply affected them the moment they heard them recited by the Messenger even before he set out to teach them both the theory and example. Allah says, in this context,

*[ هُوَ الَّذِي بَعَثَ فِي الْأُمِّيِّينَ رَسُولًا مِنْهُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَاتِهِ وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَإِنْ كَانُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ لَفِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ (2) ] الجمعة

Moreover, Allah addressed them by saying :

*[ إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ قُرْءَانًا عَرَبِيًّا لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ (2) ] يوسف

The others who came sometime after them had their minds polluted by human fabrications, opinions and interpretations which included weaknesses and whims. Those others chose human beings’ books instead of the Book of Allah. In so doing, they became like a donkey laden with books :

*[ مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا التَّوْرَاةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا بِئْسَ مَثَلُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ (5) ] الجمعة .

This is in reference to the Bible people. We the Muslims now follow them. Allah has drawn our attention to other qualifications, which we have to posses if we want to know the details of the Book. Merely understanding the verses and linking them with the reality on the ground, although of utmost importance, is now no longer enough owing to complexity of the reality and the overlapping of the problems, let alone understanding the details of those verses. Therefore, Allah has stated qualifications needed to understand details of the Book at outset of Fusilat chapter :

*[ كِتَابٌ فُصِّلَتْ ءَايَاتُهُ قُرْءَانًا عَرَبِيًّا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ (3) ] فُصلت

Those who want to understand details of Quranic verses need to be knowledgeable with Arabic, in Terms of expression, comprehension and thought and must have scientific knowledge that helps them understand signs and recommendations which Allah has embedded in His verses[10].

 This is the science which Allah has promised to be the index to prove the authenticity and truthfulness of Holy Book verses. To this end, Allah said at the end of Fusilat chapter :

*[ سَنُرِيهِمْ ءَايَاتِنَا فِي الْآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ أَوَلَمْ يَكْفِ بِرَبِّكَ أَنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ(53) ] فصلت .

Science and Belief

In Al-Isra’ chapter, also considered chapter of Qur’an, “Qur’an” was cited 10 times out of 58 in the whole Book. One time, Allah registers a decisive evident recommendation :

*[ إِنَّ هَذَا الْقُرْءَانَ يَهْدِي لِلَّتِي هِيَ أَقْوَمُ ] الإسراء

  In the same sura  (chapter) Allah makes reference to polluted minds with foam, nonsense, vanities :

[ ما   وجدنا عليه آباءنا ]*

  Allah stressed that such minds cannot read and understand the Qur’an, human beings  manual, exactly like an industrial manual which cannot be understood and made use of except by technicians. They need to have science before believing in it, so that once it is recited in their presence, they will understand its verses and come to the conclusion that it is the truth and then it will affect them[11]! As Allah addresses those clinging to their forefather’s concepts :

[  ما وجدنا عليه آباءنا]*

 of late, He had addressed the forebears :

*[ وَقُرْءَانًا فَرَقْنَاهُ لِتَقْرَأَهُ عَلَى النَّاسِ عَلَى مُكْثٍ وَنَزَّلْنَاهُ تَنْزِيلًا (106) قُلْ ءَامِنُوا بِهِ أَو : لَا تُؤْمِنُوا إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ إِذَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ يَخِرُّونَ لِلْأَذْقَانِ سُجَّدًا (107) وَيَقُولُونَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّنَا إِنْ كَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّنَا لَمَفْعُولًا (108) وَيَخِرُّونَ لِلْأَذْقَانِ يَبْكُونَ وَيَزِيدُهُمْ خُشُوعًا (109) ] الإسراء

To this end, Allah In the Holy Qur’an, has only made one reference in one verse to iman and ilm (belief and science). Perhaps this is indication that the two will be coupled with each other in one age of man’s two ages: old and modern. The Quran text– in dual concepts – has two ways of readings (two understandings): one understanding in the old times and a second understanding in modern times. Therefore, Allah has put together iman and ilm at the end of Al-Room sura[12] to make it of another significance  in the age of the domination of Roman’s heirs :

*[ وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ يُقْسِمُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ مَا لَبِثُوا غَيْرَ سَاعَةٍ كَذَلِكَ كَانُوا يُؤْفَكُونَ (55) وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ وَالْإِيمَانَ لَقَدْ لَبِثْتُمْ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْبَعْثِ فَهَذَا يَوْمُ الْبَعْثِ وَلَكِنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ (56) فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ (57) ] الروم .

Allah’s saying :

[  لَقَدْ لَبِثْتُمْ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْبَعْثِ]*

 is an indication that the record of people, (their news), since man’s creation to Day of Judgement is well documented in the Book of Allah. However, this Qur’an can only be learned by those who have both iman in and ilm of the Book itself.

        Those who don’t know will not understand Allah’s Holy Book, or otherwise criminals would not have sworn in the day of judgement that they had been dead for one hour. In advance, Allah has mentioned this in the Book to the mistake of those who doubt this and that.

Moreover, “The scholars” [ العُلَماء ]* was only used once in the Holy Qur’an. Another time, “scholars” was used only with an attribution to Children of Israel who know the reality of the Qur’an. In the two times, the word “scholars” was linked with the Book. In (Fatter) chapter, Allah cited the qualifications of those scholars who fear Allah. In brief they have material science as well as knowledge of the kingdoms of the universe : Kingdom of plants, Kingdom of the Inanimate and Kingdom of the Living meanwhile reciting Allah verses doing prayers and taking part in the welfare of the society. In this context, Allah says :

*[ أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِ ثَمَرَاتٍ مُخْتَلِفًا أَلْوَانُهَا وَمِنَ الْجِبَالِ جُدَدٌ بِيضٌ وَحُمْرٌ مُخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهَا وَغَرَابِيبُ سُودٌ (27) وَمِنَ النَّاسِ وَالدَّوَابِّ وَالْأَنْعَامِ مُخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ كَذَلِكَ إِنَّمَا يَخْشَى اللَّهَ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْعُلَمَاءُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ غَفُورٌ (28) إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَنْفَقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ سِرًّا وَعَلَانِيَةً يَرْجُونَ تِجَارَةً لَنْ تَبُورَ(29) لِيُوَفِّيَهُمْ أُجُورَهُمْ وَيَزِيدَهُمْ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ إِنَّهُ غَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ (30) وَالَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ هُوَ الْحَقُّ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِعِبَادِهِ لَخَبِيرٌ بَصِيرٌ(31) ] فاطر.

Signs in these noble verses are many. One important sign is that studying material science is an urgent necessity for scholars who recite the Book of Allah and fear Him only. Knowledge of material science precedes any attempt to the understanding and teaching of Allah’s verses.

   This prerequisite of studying material science first can be seen in the great impact this science has on those reciting Allah’s verses. This was repeated at the end of Al-Isra’ sura as explained earlier. There are other places, in the Holy Qur’an, which emphasize that those who know are not equal to those who don’t know.

All in All, this global cultural discourse has its bread and meat made of good word at work. The word is that of Allah’s Book (creation manual) and it represents element of originality and stability in the discourse. Its meat is the human changing application representing the element of renewability  - Allah has called this discourse :

*[ ملة إبراهيم …(123) ] النحل and has asked his honest messenger and

 his followers to follow this mila (creed). The first followers did follow this creed; Allah then declared their integrity and purification in a short record that has known no resemblance in history.

*[ وَالسَّابِقُونَ الْأَوَّلُونَ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ وَالْأَنْصَارِ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُمْ بِإِحْسَانٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا عَنْهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ  تَجْرِي تَحْتَهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا ذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ (100) ] التوبة .

Therefore, Allah has warned those who detest Abraham’s creed. In this respect, Allah said:

       *[ وَمَنْ يَرْغَبُ عَنْ مِلَّةِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِلَّا مَنْ سَفِهَ نَفْسَهُ وَلَقَدِ اصْطَفَيْنَاهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَإِنَّهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ لَمِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ(130) إِذْ قَالَ لَهُ رَبُّهُ أَسْلِمْ قَالَ : أَسْلَمْتُ لِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ(131) ]

Conclusion

This paper has pointed out that people in the industry produce things and create manuals of instructions for them which need to be read carefully so that the manufactured equipment could work with highest efficiency and the least mechanical failures. This is a contemporary tangible example of how Allah’s revealed Book, includes also guidelines, instructions, warnings and guarantees.

 If man understood and abided by it, it would improve his performance and decrease his mistakes and raise his efficiency, thus contributing to his task of constructing this planet for whom Allah has created.

 In this Book, Allah has included a detailed chapter to correct mistakes and fix failures before they become out of control. In this regard, one eye will be focused on the defect to be repaired and another  eye on how to fix the defect according to the manual.

 Only qualified technicians are capable of carrying out such tasks in the world of industry. Likewise, only scholars of the Holy Qur’an should be asked whenever problems arise since they are qualified to understand the reality and in accordance with the Book of Allah, on condition that they receive no material privileges for that.

 Otherwise they will be unable to decipher the text of the Quran including the detailed solutions for all problems. The beginning of the detailed chapter begins with an invitation to the wrong doers to refer to the Manual :

*[ قُلْ يَاعِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ : لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُور الرَّحِيمُ (53) : ⁽¹⁾ وَأَنِيبُوا إِلَى رَبِّكُمْ ⁽²⁾ وَأَسْلِمُوا لَهُ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنْصَرُونَ (54) ⁽³⁾ وَاتَّبِعُوا أَحْسَنَ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ بَغْتَةً وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ(55) ] الزمر

The best of what Allah has revealed to his human agents is the Holy Qur’an. Allah has also made this Book master of all things revealed before it. On the other hand, it is the best of all speech because for every life situation, there is an optimum speech matching that specific life situation.

 In spite of the old timers’ recognition of the fact that there is a treatise text for every occasion and it is the best treatise, they  failed to apply this truth to the texts of Allah’s Holy Book. They just thought that it was invalid and contradictory. They turned away from it either because of their inability to understand it or because they thought that it wasn’t valid for the age.

This Qur’an is the global speech of the Maker to all human beings. It’s high time real globalization started by referring to this manual so that the chronic problems of humanity can be really solved. And just like a manufacturing company stamping its manual by giving its own address just in case the consumer may ask for its help if he got in trouble while using the product, Allah has directed us in His Great Book :

*[ .. وَلِلّهِ الْمَثَلُ الأَعْلَىَ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ {60} ] النحل

  to ask directly for His assistance in live transmission   without restrictions save a sound heart which sends and receives.  Allah says :

*[ وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ (186) ] البقرة .

God , give us men !

GOD , give us men ! A time like this demands

Strong minds , great hearts , true faith and ready hands ;

Men whom the lust of office does not kill ;

Men whom the spoils of office can not buy ;

Men who possess opinions and a will ;

Men who have honor ; men who will not lie ;

Men who can stand before a demagogue

And damn his treacherous flatteries without winking !

Tall men, sun-crowned , who live above the fog

In public duty , and in private thinking ;

For while the rabble , with their thumb-worn creeds ,

Their large professions and their little deeds ,

Mingle in selfish strife , lo ! Freedom weeps ,

Wrong rules the land and waiting Justice sleeps .
